Fast charge: When using a Milwaukee® REDLITHIUM™ USB Charger, it charges three times faster. Large capacity: This USB battery has twice the capacity of three AAA alkaline batteries. This exceptionally long-lasting battery, which offers over 2,000 recharges over its lifespan, also boasts the following features. The USB battery we offer is called the Milwaukee® 48-11-2130, which you can use with Milwaukee® Rechargeable products. USBĪs a relatively new option, USB is a tiny battery commonly used for flashlights. Milwaukee® offers batteries of five different voltage levels for power tool batteries. The motion of the electrons here is current, which we measure using amperes, or amps. However, once you connect two terminals via a circuit, the electrons can now travel along the circuit's path, going from the negative electrode to the positive electrode. A terminal with a positive charge, on the other hand, has an absence of electrons.īecause of the physical separation between these terminals, the electrons cannot travel from the negatively charged terminal to the one with the positive charge. When a terminal has a negative charge, this means it has an excessive amount of electrons, which are negatively charged particles. One terminal is positively charged, and the terminal is negatively charged. Electric potential refers to the difference in charge between the battery's two terminals. The greater the difference in potential, the higher the voltage. Voltage is the difference in electric potential between the battery's positive and negative terminals. These terms refer to the voltage - a term we have all heard, but which not everyone understands. When browsing our selection of batteries, you'll notice there is either a USB, M4™, M12™, M18™ or M28™ in the product description. These battery products vary widely in capacity, power, weight and size, so you'll have no trouble finding the perfect batteries for your application. But figuring out which battery is best for your particular power tool and situation is not always easy.įor this reason, we've put together a guide introducing battery products from Milwaukee Tool, one of the leading brands in the power tool industry. And for your power tools to work properly, they need long-lasting, reliable batteries and chargers. Whether you're taking on a small home improvement project or a large construction job, you rely on power tools. It wasn’t until 1968, however, that the El Camino, featuring a total body makeover, and loaded with a more powerful SS engine, took its place in the iconic lineup of American muscle cars and remained there for the remainder of the 1960s and throughout the 1970s. You never feel out of place – even the ladies should be at ease with it.” Glory Days Good looks plus sedan styling let it be drive anywhere you’d take a regular passenger car. Hot Rod reported, “El Camino is a true multi-purpose vehicle. Transmission options included: Powerglide, Muncie manuals, a 3-speed manual and TH350/400 automatics. The drivetrain range compared to the Chevelle’s, sporting two entry-level six-cylinder engines (194cui, 230cui), a 283cui VC in 195hp and 220 hp spec, and a selection of either a 250hp or 300hp 327. They made a comeback in 1964 when Chevy introduced a new model, based off the Chevelle, a more robust body compared to the Impala, and available as a Super Sport (SS) option. Unfortunately, the first El Caminos, unlike their Ford counterparts, the Fairlanes and Rancheros, did not sell well and were officially discontinued in 1960. However, it seems it took the appearance of the Ranchero to spur Chevy to action and, in 1959, the El Camino was introduced. In fact, Chevy promoted it as, “the most beautiful thing that ever shouldered a load!” Even claiming, “It rides and handles like a convertible yet hauls and hustles like the workingest thing on wheels.” Close, But No Cigar!Įarlier, in 1952, General Motors head of Design, Harley Earl, had suggested designing a coupe pickup well before Ford released the Ranchero. Whether or not the story is true, the 1959 El Camino, a sedan-pickup truck, built on an Impala body, was Chevy’s interpretation of an Australian ute, made to look good, while doing some heavy lifting. Rumor has it, in 1932, an Australian farmer’s wife wrote to the Ford factory, requesting a vehicle that could get her to church in style on Sunday, and shuttle her husband’s livestock to market on Monday. Introduced in 1958 in response to Ford’s Ranchero, American car-truck hybrids were originally inspired by Australia’s “utes,” or “coupe utility” vehicles. showcase vintage models like the El Camino in their showrooms, while awaiting a possible new release. Among the first hybrid vehicles in the history of the automotive industry, the Chevrolet El Camino, a combination car-truck, featured the practicality of a pickup truck, while maintaining performance car status. If you're the kind of gamer who plays an assortment of different games in various genres, we recommend the Corsair IRONCLAW RGB Wireless. That said, this is an incredible mouse for MMO gaming if you're looking for something with plenty of programmable buttons and customization, and it's one of the best MMO mice we've tested. This mouse is also fairly heavy, so despite the comfortable shape suitable for all hand sizes, your hand may tire during longer sessions, especially if you play on lower CPI sensitivity settings. As a result, the cable may catch onto things on your desk and create drag. Unfortunately, its braided cable isn't very flexible and retains some persistent kinks from how it's packaged. In terms of gaming performance, this mouse has a very accurate, responsive sensor and excellent click latency, delivering a snappy gaming experience. Using the customization software, you can adjust sensor settings, reprogram all buttons, and create custom macros and control profiles tailored to specific games. Unusually for a mouse of this type, you can slide this entire panel forward or backward on the frame to better suit your hand size and grip type. This wired model feels sturdy and well-built and has a full 12-button panel that you can fully load with spells, buffs, debuffs, macros, and any other commands you need for your rotation. The best Corsair gaming mouse for MMOs is the SCIMITAR RGB ELITE. It's an outstanding choice for FPS gaming and delivers high performance with plenty of customization options. Also, while the feet on this mouse are decent, they don't glide as well as those on similar models from other major manufacturers, especially on softer mousepads or directly on desk surfaces. Note that the overall size of this mouse is fairly large, so if you have smaller hands, you may have difficulty reaching both side buttons comfortably. This mouse also natively supports a maximum polling rate of up to 2000Hz, which produces slightly smoother, more consistent feeling movements compared to most gaming mice, which have a standard 1000Hz polling rate. It has remarkably low click latency, and like other Corsair offerings, you can adjust a range of settings to your liking using Corsair's iCUE software. This lightweight option has a right-handed shape that feels comfortable if you have medium or large hands, even during long gaming sessions, though it's a little unwieldy if you have really small hands. If you're primarily an FPS player, the best Corsair mouse we've tested is the Corsair SABRE RGB PRO Wireless. Nutritional data is based on per 100 grams raw ‘as sold’ weight. Beef products with a higher fat content would have lower protein, vitamins, and minerals. Note: leaner beef products with a lower fat content would provide more protein, vitamins, and minerals than 85% lean beef. This is the closest ground beef product to Beyond Beef nutritionally, so it is the fairest comparison. Since Beyond Beef is approximately 16% fat by weight (84% lean), 85% lean ground beef will be used for the comparison. The following tables show a complete nutritional comparison of Beyond Beef and regular ground beef. Key Point: Ground beef is made from regular cuts of beef, whereas Beyond Beef uses a wide variety of ingredients to emulate the taste, texture, appearance, and nutritional properties of beef. However, this may contain different cuts of beef and trimmings with high-fat content, depending on the specific product. Regular ground beef has just one ingredient: ground beef. Lastly, the product has been fortified with some key (B vitamins and zinc) nutrients in regular ground beef. The various colorings and flavorings help emulate ground beef’s taste and appearance.Īdditionally, methylcellulose (a type of fiber) and sunflower lecithin are included for their texture-thickening and emulsifying properties. In this regard, canola oil is primarily a source of monounsaturated fat, whereas coconut oil and cocoa butter are higher in saturated fat. The product aims to replicate the fat content of ground beef using a combination of canola oil, coconut oil, and cocoa butter. Here is the full ingredients list of Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground ( 4):Īmong these ingredients, Beyond Beef’s protein content comes from its provision of pea protein and rice protein. Ground Beefīefore we look at the complete nutritional properties of Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground and ground beef, let’s first examine their ingredients. Key Point: Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground is a plant-based food product designed to emulate the taste of ground beef. This button turns on the historical imagery capability of Google Earth. You will learn how to do this on the Using Google Earth page. The Record Tour button brings up a simple recording interface that lets you record and save flying tours of Earth (or the Sky, or Mars, or the Moon).(.unless, of course, you have oodles of spare time to kill.) You will learn how to do this later in this module, so skip trying out this tool for now. This tool lets you add your own raster images to the map.You will use this tool later to create a path for a flying tour of the landscape. Using the Add Path tool, you can create and annotate your own line features on the map.(What kinds of things would be relevant to record and display as polygons?) Think about how your students might use this tool as part of their own scientific research. If you have time, you can experiment with this tool later. With the Add Polygon tool, you can create and annotate your own polygon areas on the map.Your assignment this week will involve creating a placemark. Don't practice with this tool yet we'll show you how to create placemarks in the section below. The Add Placemark tool lets you create and annotate your own placemarks on the map.The next group of four tools creates the types of GIS features you learned to use in AEJEE and ArcGIS: points, lines, polygons, and raster images. Next, we'll take a quick tour of Google Earth's toolbar, located just above the 3D Viewer. Top pf page Get to Know Google Earth Tools When you are finished exploring, turn off any layers you don't need, collapse the categories, and expand the Search and Places panels.Be sure to go to a major city or famous landmark like Hoover Dam, the Eiffel Tower, or the Taj Mahal, zoom in near ground level, and turn on the 3D Buildings layer. Click the placemarkers in each layer to see what information the layer provides. Invest a few minutes exploring Google Earth's layers and zooming in on places of interest to you.For the best performance, turn off any layers you don't need. As you found with other GIS software, the more layers you display, the more cluttered the map will be and the slower the view will update. The next time you launch Google Earth on that computer, it will open with the same layers turned on or off unless your computer security settings don't allow saving files. When you quit Google Earth, the layer settings are saved. You can click this box to turn all of the subcategories on or off, but you must expand the category to turn individual subcategories on or off. When you launch Google Earth, this is the default state of some of the categories. Note that when some, but not all, of the subcategories in a layer category are turned on, the category display checkbox shows this symbol.Turn individual Weather categories ≼louds, Radar, Conditions, and Information on and off, and observe the changes in the 3D Viewer.Expand the Weather category by clicking the + (Win) or (Mac) in front of the category name.Turn on the Weather category by clicking the checkbox in front of the category name. This makes room for seeing more layers as you expand the categories. Collapse the Search and Places panels by clicking the in front of the layer titles. Some categories, such as Borders and Labels, have several levels of sub-categories. You can turn entire categories on and off using the check boxes in front of the category names, or you can expand a category and turn individual sub-categories on and off. To expand a category, click the + (Win) or (Mac) in front of the category name. The Layers panel consists of categories and sub-categories of layers. The information that appears the Places panel, however, can be created by anyone using Google Earth or KML ( Keyhole Markup Language Keyhole is the company that created the original version the software, which was later bought by Google and renamed Google Earth.) When new layers become available, they simply appear in the Layers panel the next time you use Google Earth. Google publishes the content you see in the Layers panel, so you can't add your own layers. The content in the Layers panel is created by Google or its content partners. A major difference, however, is that you can't add or remove layers from the Layers panel, and you can't change the symbolization. The Layers panel in Google Earth is like the Table of Contents in AEJEE and ArcGIS, allowing you to turn different data layers on and off in the 3D Viewer display. Next, you'll learn the basics of Google Earth's Layers panel and toolbar. In Java, you can import a pre-built class of stack or manually implement a stack and extend its functionality. Irrespective of the underlying data structure or programming language used, stacks must implement the same basic functionalities. Note: Stacks are generally implemented using Arrays because it takes less memory. Therefore, it can be implemented using an Array, Vector, Linked List, or any other collection. This means that it is built on top of other data structures. However, in Java, the stack data type is an Adapter class. Priority queues are used in operating systems for load balancing to determine which programs should be given more priority.Įvery programming language comes with basic functionality for stacks. The most important element appears first, and the least important appears last. Priority Queue: In priority queues, elements are sorted based on priority. A real-life example of a circular queue is an automated traffic signal system. Initially, the front and rear parts of the queue point to the same location, but they move apart as more elements are inserted into the queue. The other two queues are:Ĭircular Queue: In a circular queue, the last element is connected to the first element to form a circle. So far, we learned about the Linear Queue. There are three common types of queues you can expect to encounter. Elements enter from the rear and leave from the front. The first person in the checkout line will be attended to first before others, and the last person in line will be attend to last. When it comes to queues, think of a check out counter at your favorite grocery store. Simplied: for a stack we remove the most recently added element, but for a queue, we remove the “oldest” element. Queues are open from both ends: one end for inserting data ( enqueue), and the other end for removing data ( dequeue). A Queue is also a linear structure that follows a First In First Out (FIFO) order, but they differ in how elements are removed. Later in this article, we will learn how to manually implementing the Stack data structure in Java.Ī queue is a lot like a stack. Note: What’s important to remember is that insertion and deletion happen on the same end of a Stack. The top variable should be updated anytime an element is inserted or removed from it. When an element is inserted into a stack, it takes the top position and the variable storing this position points to the number below it. The pop method removes or deletes elements from the stack, while the push method adds items to the stack. The functionality depends on the pop and push method, as you can see from the illustration above. The implementation of stacks is relatively easy. Undo removes your most recent change, and redo builds upon already existing changes. Another good example of a data stack is the undo and redo function on a computer or text editor. Stacks are great for processing nested structures, so they are important for understanding recursion.Ī simple real-world application of a stack is reversing a string letter by letter. We use stacks to implement functions, parsers, expression evaluation, and some algorithms. Stacks are used in a variety of ways when we code. This is called the Last In First Out (LIFO) or First In Last Out (FILO) ordering. The first plate placed in the stack (the plate at the bottom of the stack) will be the last one to be removed, and the plate added last would be the first to be removed. Let us conceptualize stacks using a stack of plates placed in a box. Look at your progress the same way you look at childhood photos of yourself, and recognize that small changes build up over time in jiu-jitsu the same way they build up as we age. Although this is inevitable, you should also make the effort to be kind to yourself. You are going to be your own biggest critic. They don’t see you as being infallible, and they know that your abilities will develop slowly just as theirs did when they were at your level. In giving you your new belt, your coach expects you to grow into it. We put a crazy amount of pressure on ourselves to improve, and while that drive can push us to be better, it can also be destructive if we let it get in the way of giving ourselves what our coaches give us when they promote us: acknowledgment. But it can still be disheartening to be a few days, weeks, or months into breaking in your new belt and feel like your abilities aren’t any more advanced than they were before you were promoted. The longer we train, the more we know that this simply isn’t true. Now that you’re a blue belt, you should never get tapped out by a white belt again, right? Or hey, since you’re a purple belt, you should never struggle with fundamental techniques again… right? Or as a new brown belt, you should never ever have a hard time submitting any blue belt that you roll with. When you’re finally - finally - not a white (or blue or purple or brown) belt anymore, though, you may feel like your overnight transformation should’ve been a bit more dramatic. Similarly, your transition from one belt to the next may offer you a bit more in terms of opportunities within your academy and in the competitive world (Coaching! Respect! Kneebars!), but ultimately, you’ve just accumulated one more day of experience than you had yesterday. Beyond that, the “7” changing to an “8” probably didn’t do anything to actually prepare you for adulthood. Think about how you felt the day you turned eighteen: you were probably excited for the whole new world of opportunity your new adulthood afforded you (Freedom! Respect! Unprecedented levels of stress!), but if you really looked back on your last day of being seventeen, you likely didn’t feel a whole lot different from one day to the next. Although there’s definitely a lot of great responsibility that comes with all that great power you accumulate during your training, even Uncle Ben would probably agree that the amount of pressure a lot of us put on ourselves after a promotion is a bit excessive. The years of effort we put into improving our jiu-jitsu guarantee that our promotions up to the next rank are major milestones not only in our BJJ careers, but also our lives as a whole. This isn’t meant to imply that getting promoted isn’t a significant step in your jiu-jitsu journey. As much as we may feel like tying our jiu-jitsu belt is akin to putting on a superhero costume, the unfortunate reality is that standing there while your coach ties your new belt on you for the very first time doesn’t transform you from Peter Parker into Spiderman. I do not know if you need to install the "toxcore" file and or "sqlcipher" file first or not, but if you have a problem installing the "qTox" deb file, then install the "toxcore" deb file and "sqlcipher" deb file first and then install the "qTox" deb file. * Remember that "qTox" requires the newer "ffmpeg" v3.x be installed first, see previous instructions on that. II.) Linux Mint 18.x: I decided to go ahead and compile this newer version for Linux Mint 18.x as well, so here are the 64-bit files for that. I do not know if you need to install the "toxcore" file first or not, but if you have a problem installing the "qTox" deb file, then install the "toxcore" deb file first and then install the "qTox" deb file. I.) Linux Mint 19.x: Here is an easy to install 64-bit deb file version of "qTox (Qtox)" v1.15 for Linux Mint 19.x (based on Ubuntu 18.04) which I just compiled from their current source code in Linux Mint 19.x Xfce/KDE just save the "qtox_1.15.0-79-1_b" file and double-click it to install it. Linux Mint 18.x 32-bit users can also use an earlier version using those links. Linux Mint 17.x users (64 bit and 32-bit) can still use the previous qTox versions linked earlier in this post. In the meantime, here are download links for "qTox" version 1.15.0 for Linux Mint 19.x and 18.x, for 64-bit only. I tried and I could not compile the newer qTox from their source code under Linux Mint 17.x.įYI: From what I have read, the developers are working on updating their repository and will have AppImage and Flatpak options coming in the near future. I think when they create a new AppImage option for newer versions of qTox, that it will also run on Linux Mint 17.x and provide users with newer versions, but they are still working on that. I have tested these myself.Ħ4-bit Stable Qtox deb file, save and double click to install.ģ2-bit Stable Qtox deb file, save and double click to install.įYI: I do not see any new versions for Linux Mint 17.x based on Ubuntu 14.04, but Linux Mint users can still install qTox v1.6 using the links I provided. The new "nightly" (version 1.13) that is there does work for Ubuntu 16.04 = Linux Mint 18.x (64-bit and 32-bit). They are still working on setting up this new repository the way they want it. I purposely did not provide the new download links until they said it was okay to do so, but since you found their new repository, see the links below. And within the past few days, they have just created a new repository for qTox using the same excellent "openSUSE" OBS software packaging website that the previous repository maintainer used, only under a different repository name of course. I have been speaking with the developers and contributors of qTox. They are looking for a new repository maintainer, once they have one up and running, it will provide deb files again. One of the problems is that "OBS" Open Build System which held wonderful options for this, like the Ubuntu (Linux Mint) deb files and a repository has closed. It is light on system resources and just works great. "qTox" is my favorite secure multi-media messenger (text, voice, video) and Skype alternative. In the meantime, read the quote box below to install qTox for Linux Mint 18.x and 19.x. I have been on their developers GitHub website to find out when a new fully functioning working repository (software source) will be up and running, and when I know, I will post that here. People who use superb secure multi-media messenger qTox (Qtox), a great alternative to Skype, or are Interested in installing this, may have noticed that within the past year the previous software repositories and or installation instructions may not be working.
